Bruce Hazelwood

Bruce taught CES 101, Introduction to Comparative Ethnic Studies, and CES 209, Hip Hop Around the Globe, during the spring 2016 semester; CES 101 and CES 325, Traveling Cultures: Tourism in Global Perspective, during fall 2016; and CES/Women_St 300, Intersections of Race, Class, Gender, & Sexuality, and CES 308, Cultural Politics of Sport, during spring 2017. A doctoral student in the cultural studies program out of the College of Education, his dissertation examines how social issues can be taught to students through the lens of sports.
